At all times the lads have provided exemplary service – often under tremendous pressure during our tight programme. As I’m sure you are aware we are nearing completion of the first Kiwi Build Homes in the country, as such there has been a great deal of press coverage on what is unfolding to be an extremely important build programme for Housing New Zealand.
The plastering team have worked tirelessly to deliver the plastering component of the build. Penny Homes have extremely high expectations of workmanship, the team were always willing to undertake remedial works within the tight timelines requested, often working 7 days a week to achieve our deadlines.
As a Project Manager it is extremely comforting to know that a trade will do everything within their power to assist in the delivery of a project’s delivery programme.
